This site, www.AustinCondoProject.com, is designed to help navigate the downtown Austin condo market.  We wanted a simple list with the basics for quick & easy navigation and thought you might appreciate the same.  Downtown & 6^th Street (and 5^th and 2^nd) & Congress Ave & UT & Ladybird Lake & all things central anchor and enrich our experience in our fine & exuberant city.

The City of Austin, the Downtown Austin Alliance, the Austin Revitalization Authority have helped create the foundation for smart urban growth as we head toward doubling in population over the next 20 years.  Doubling?  Yikes, we know … it’s a bit crazy but it makes for a healthy economic outlook and draws a lot of attention to central Austin real estate.  We are urban Austin real estate professionals and can help you with all of your Austin real estate needs.
